The production process of Bulk bags for rice includes the following steps:

Creating packaging products with durability, toughness, good bearing capacity to ensure that the rice is well preserved.

Yarning

Firstly, PP plastic resins will be put into the hopper of the yarn-making equipment. Thanks to the suction machine, plastic resins will be fed into the extruder. When the plastic granules are transferred to the extruder, the heating process will take place, and the screw will extrude the liquid plastic into the mold, which can be adjusted in length and width according to requirements.

The plastic films will gradually be formed and passed through the forming cooling water bath. The knife shaft device will cut the plastic film into yarns with a width of 2-3 mm. The heating element will help stabilize the yarn and then put it into the yarning machine with the required size. During the yarn-making process, the yarn wastes will be chopped and fed back to the extruder.

Weaving

After having PP yarn in available sizes, the yarn robbins are put into the 6-shuttle circular loom. At this stage, PP yarn is woven into tubular PP fabric and then rolled into PP fabric rolls. The weaving of PP fabric is considered an important step because the woven fabric is thick and supple to create a quality woven bag. Therefore, this is a step that requires high concentration and precision.

Lamination of the PP fabric

For woven PP fabrics that need to be coated with fabric film, a forklift will be used to transport the PP fabric roll to the laminating machine. After the moisture-proof fabric is coated the fabric is rolled up for printing. The main purpose of lamination is to create a gloss for the fabric, increasing the aesthetics and moisture-proof of the finished product.

Printing on PP woven bags

For the printing step, people can use many different technologies to create eye-catching images attracting customers. However, in many different technologies, OPP film packaging is the most professional and beautiful bag. For cheap PP woven bags, this stage is simplified to save costs. Thanks to that, the cost of FIBC bags is reduced, but the quality and effectiveness are not changed.

Cutting and packing

After completing the main steps, the woven coated PP rolls will go through the folding system and then be cut into many parts of a finished bulk bag. Printing must be done before the sewing process. At the end of this process, the finished bag is moved to the inspection and packaging process. PP woven laminated bags are inspected, pressed, and packed onto bales and transported by forklifts to the warehouse.
